 All Racers: 


  At "Press Start" screen hold L1 + R1 and press Circle, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, 
  Circle, Down. 
 All Sleds: 


  At the "Press Start" screen hold L1 + R1 and press Circle, Square, Circle, Square, 
  Circle, Left. 
 Hover Sled:
