Enter the password SHOENLOCUnlock a Character for Free:
When in Season Mode, go to the Unlockables and unlock the player you want to use. When you leave the screen do not save the Gretzky Challenge Data. Draft that player you chose to any team you want and then save the season. Either reboot your PSP or go back to the Gretzky Challenge section and load your Gretzky Challenge stats. The points you spent will be back and while the player you chose will appear to be locked, he will still be on the team you sent him to.
Gretzky Challenge Goals:
| Win every game in either a 29 or 82 game season | Perfect Season - 500 points |
| Get 9 goals in a game with any player | 3 Hattricks in a Game - 250 points |
| Get 250 shots on goal in a game | 250 Shots on Goal - 150 points |
| Win 90% of the faceoffs in a game | 90% Faceoff Win Percentage - 100 points |
