Go down to customize then press X then go all the way down to Easter Eggs and 
press X. Then type Frankenstein in all capitals. This will get you more attributes 
in create a walk-on then type in 'real estate' in all capitals and leave a space 
between real and estate this will let you run more easily on the computer.
