Destiny 2 Positive Outlook, Living Memory or Eternal Blazon: Which Curse of Osiris Legendary Should You Choose?

The Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris expansion is host to a bunch of new weapons, with some of them changing the tide of both the game’s PvE and PvP modes.

Three of these weapons are presented to you as you play through the DLC’s story, with Ikora Rey offering up three Legendary guns for you to choose from. Choosing which weapon to roll with out of these three may seem like a difficult decision, but right now there’s only one real standout in the game’s meta. Let’s take a look at each of them.

How to get the Positive Outlook, Living Memory and Eternal Blazon in Curse of Osiris for Destiny 2

The Positive Outlook, Living Memory and Eternal Blazon will be presented to you as you play through Curse of Osiris’s story, with you able to pick one of them up from Ikora Rey in the Tower social hub.

Each weapon is a Legendary with high stats and helpful perks, making them valuable additions to your arsenal no matter which one you choose. But which gun is the real standout from this selection?

Which Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Legendary weapon should you choose?

Here are the essential features you need to know about Curse of Osiris’s new Legendary weapons:

  • Positive Outlook. The Destiny 2 community is already excited by this Legendary weapon, as not only does it boast the Kill Clip perk, but it also features practically no recoil via its Precision perk along with armor-piercing rounds. This auto-rifle is incredibly powerful in PvP and super useful in PvE, making it the most valuable choice out of Ikora Rey’s three Legendaries.
  • Living Memory. This hand cannon boasts a substantial amount of rounds per clip thanks to its 13-round magazine, while the Adaptive perk makes it a steady shooter. However, the Better Devils is a more efficient hand cannon, making this not the most desirable choice among Ikora’s offering.
  • Eternal Blazon. A scout rifle that enhances Guardians’ movement speed with its Lightweight frame, and a 200-round magazine that edges out the comparable Nameless Midnight.

Positive Outlook emerges as the clear winner, then, and it’s already being hailed as one of the very best weapons in Destiny 2 by the game’s community. If you’re a regular PvP player then you’ll likely want to add it to your arsenal, but if you’re less concerned with the competitive element of the game, then there’s no harm in going with the gun that appeals to you the most.
