Have one character at the rank of 'Tekken Lord" to see Jin's hand at the title screen.  Have three characters at "Tekken Lord" rank to see Devil Jin's hand.  Get four characters to "Tekken Lord" to see the title screen rotate daily between Kazuya's Hand, Jin's Hand , Devil Jin's Hand, and Jinpachi.
