Nothing quite shakes us to the core like a new Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer. We’ve already been reduced to tears and have had our hearts flutter with the handful of trailers shown to us already but this new one, placed right before one of the biggest gaming events on the calendar, could be the grandest one yet. We’ve zeroed in on the TGS 2018 Kingdom Hearts trailer start time so you know when you should start mentally preparing yourself for. Hint, hint: it’s very soon.
New Kingdom Hearts 3 Trailer: When is the TGS 2018 Kingdom Hearts Trailer Start Time?
We don’t have the new Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer start time but we do have a date. Kinda. Because Kingdom Hearts 3 is already a labyrinthine undertaking with plot threads danging and weaving away through its grand narrative, it makes sense for the pre-TGS 2018 Kingdom Hearts trailer to mess with us in the same way, right?
The date? September 18… Japan time. While that means a probable September 18 launch time for the new Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer in the U.K. (as they’re only eight hours behind the Far East), it’s a far trickier proposition in trying to nail down a start time in North America.
To confuse matters further, the official Kingdom Hearts Twitter account tweeted on September 17 that we would be clapping eyes on a new trailer “tomorrow.”

That would indicate that the “18th” release date revealed by director Tetsuya Nomura would probably be late in Japan due to the global-facing nature of the account. If, for example, it was to go live at around 9:00 p.m. JST (one of only a few realistic times where it could accommodate for the rest of the world), then we could expect it 8:00 a.m. Pacific/11:00 p.m. Eastern/4:00 p.m. BST. Plus, we know what it’s going to be about: it’ll be a longer version of last week’s Big Hero 6 reveal trailer.
A message from #KingdomHearts III director, Tetsuya Nomura:
“The latest trailer from #KH3 was just revealed. While this trailer is a short version, a longer version with new and additional content will be released ahead of #TGS2018 on the 18th (Japan time)”

Not long to go, then, and we even have plenty of time to prepare should we become emotional wrecks again. So, there’s that.
