AC Odyssey Blue Eyed Beauty Ainigmata Ostraka Riddle Solution

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey takes great delight in leaving things for players to discover, rather than holding their hands with constant waypoints. Scattered around the game are Ainigmata Ostraka tablets that give riddles for the player to solve, and one of the most cryptic is the AC Odyssey Blue Eyed Beauty quest. Here’s where to find it and how to complete it.

Where is The Blue Eyed Beauty Ainigmata Ostraka?

First, sail to the island of Seriphos, to the region wonderfully named ‘The Cradle of Myths’. The Ainigmata Ostraka for the Blue Eyed Beauty riddle can be found in Aetios’s House, which is in the center of the main town, directly west of the blacksmith. The tablet itself is sitting on a table to the back of the house. Just using Ikaros to tag it is probably the easiest way to find it.

How to Solve the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Blue Eyed Beauty Riddle

The riddle goes like this: “In the Cradle of Myths, where the lagoon is blue, seek a hole set in stone so I may see you. When the sun blazes brightest, fog will lift, and the Eye will open to behold your gift.

If you check the map, to the north-east of the island is a lake that is clearly blue, so that’s where you need to head over to. This is Polydektes Lagoon. What about “the hole set in stone” then? It’s pretty obvious: just at the back of the lagoon, as it connects to the sea, is a big archway. If you visit the lagoon at daytime, the sun very clearly shines through the archway, illuminating an area of the sea.

Simply take a dive in this lit-up area, avoiding the shark swimming about, and you’ll discover a large pot half-buried in the sand. Interact with it and grab your prize, which is an Engraving for weapons that adds +2% Crit Chance while on low health. The game should now tell you that you’ve solved the riddle.
