There are five main ways in which you can buy or receive more hearts in Dr. Mario World. These are as follows:

  • Wait | You will regain one heart every 30 minutes
  • Buy | Five new hearts costs 10 Diamonds (around $1) | 60 minutes of infinite play costs 30 Diamonds (around $3)
  • Get hearts from Facebook friends
  • Get hearts from in-game friends
  • Daily Gifts | You may receive a free heart from a Daily Gift in the Shop menu
