Use the yarn to stitch up the 4 larger cuts by dragging the yarn in a zig-zag motion over the cut.
Use the lighter to close up all 6 cuts and then use the special cream to heal them.

Use the syringe to get the patients heart rate back up in the green. Doing this multiple times at the start will reduce the need to do it in the middle of the surgery. Around 110 heart rate is usually good to work with. If the heart rate begins to drop drastically use the syringe again to get the heart rate back into the green.
