After the success of the Fortnite World Cup, the folks at Respawn Entertainment has decided to put together an Apex Legends Preseason Event that will be giving out half a million dollars throughout the event. There are 80 global teams that will be participating in the event and the registration is still open. This means that if you think you’ve got what it takes to compete on a national stage, then you can apply to be a part of the Preseason Event. The Apex Legends Preseason Event will be handing out tons of cash prizes to players who are willing to compete, with the overall winner bringing in just over $100,000. There are 80 teams that will be invited to the Preseason Invitational, and Respawn has opened up registration to those who think that they have what it takes. The Preseason Invitational will be taking place September 13 to September 15 in Poland and will feature some of top Apex Legends players. If you’d like to apply, you’ll need to email you Origin ID, associated email, and reasons why you should be included to ApexLegendsPreseason@ea.com.

The top 20 finishers in the Apex Legends Preseason Event will win cash prizes ranging from $4,800 to $105,000. Additionally, there will be a special reward for the “Apex Predator,” which will be given to the player with the most eliminations during the Finals.
