Nintendo fans might be wondering if there will be a WWE 2K20 Nintendo Switch version of the upcoming wrestling title. Xbox One, PS4, and PC gamers will all get their hands on the game when it’s released on October 22, so Switch players may be feeling left out. If you want to know when the release date for Nintendo’s hybrid console is, you’ve come to the right place. Check out our WWE 2K20 Nintendo Switch guide for the one and only answer about this query.
WWE 2K20 Nintendo Switch | Is it coming to the Switch?
As we mentioned earlier, you will want to know if there’s a WWE 2K20 Nintendo Switch edition coming out. Well, according to the official announcement from 2K Games, we wouldn’t hold our breath if we were you.

2K revealed that the game will be getting released on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, but failed to mention the Nintendo Switch. As such, it’s certain that you won’t be able to play WWE 2K20 on Nintendo’s hybrid console on October 22.
That doesn’t mean that the game will never come out on the Switch, though. Nintendo’s console has had better third-party support in the past 12 months, and a number of titles have come to the Switch that we wouldn’t have expected this time last year.
Sure, there’s not a huge deal of third-party support for the Switch, but there’s enough to offer Switch fans some hope that WWE 2K20 could arrive on it. Doom 2016, Fortnite, FIFA 19, and others have been ported to the Switch in the last year or so. They might not be as good as other platforms in terms of FPS, but the fact they’re on the Switch is good news.
If WWE 2K20 does come to the Switch, it’ll need to be scaled down due to the Switch’s specifications. That could take a while if 2K isn’t already working on it, so you might not see a port until next year at the earliest. If it does come out on Switch, we’ll be the first to let you know.
