Weapons Guide



There are nine weapons in DmC: Devil May Cry, and Dante will obtain the first two, Rebellion and Ebony & Ivory, almost immediately after starting the game. Dante will find all nine weapons as the story progresses, and each of them can be upgraded at a Divinity Statue by using White Orbs.



 
Perk   Description
Rebellion This demon-type default weapon is Dante's signature weapon and has strong power and speed. It has fifteen upgrades: Hacker (Level 2), Death Coil (Level 2), Hightime, Aerial Rave (Level 2), Roulette (Level 2), Helmbreaker, Drive (Level 2) --> Overdrive (Level 2), Stinger (Level 2) --> Trillion Stabs (Level 2)
Osiris This angel-type scythe has a blue aura. As a swifter weapon with a grappling hook, it has can deal more blows than Rebellion but it's damage is quite less.
Ophion Whip The weapon is more of a tool that can fling Dante from platform to platform using the Ophion Angel Lift and Ophion Demon Pull. It can also extend combos, keeping both your chain and score high.
Arbiter A Demonic axe that sacrifices speed for power. Its grappling hook can also be used to extend combos.
Aquila These two giant Angelic shurikens has great range and emit energy waves.
Eryx Turning Dante into a double-fisted brawler, these Demonic gauntlets grant Dante incredible CQC power. Its speed is somewhere between Rebellion and Arbiter.
Ebony & Ivory These default high-caliber pistols automatically lock onto targets and are great for juggling enemies in the air to maintain a combo. It has eight upgrades: Shoot (Level 3), Ricoshot (Level 2), Rainstorm (Level 2), Inverse Rainstorm (Level 2).
Revenant As most sawed-off shotguns go, the Revenant is slow but great for subduing crowds and get some breathing room.
The Kablooey One of the strongest weapons in the game, this gun has even a shorter range than the Revenant but it deals extreme amounts of damage to enemies.
