Borderlands 3 Eridian Writing

Borderlands 3 Eridian Writing Locations | How to read Eridian writing

You’ll run into Eridian writing in Borderlands 3 fairly early in the game. However, you can’t read Eridian, so it’s pretty much useless to you. This alien language may have you scratching your head through most of the game, but don’t worry, we’ve got the info you need to learn how to read Eridian in Borderlands 3.

How to read Eridian writing in Borderlands 3

First of all, you’re not going to be reading any Eridian anytime soon if you’re just starting the game. When you see the writing for the first time your character won’t even know what it is. They’ll reply with something to the effect of, “Just a bunch of scribbles as far as I can tell.” You’re going to want to note where you find the writing (your map will do this for you), but you won’t be coming back to see what it says for quite some time.

You have a lot of ground to cover before you get the technology you need to translate the Eridian language in Borderlands 3. In fact, you won’t get the item you need, the Eridian Analyzer, until the game is almost over. Luckily, you can’t miss the analyzer since you get it as part of the main story. This means you’ll be playing for around 25-30 hours before you’ll get a chance to backtrack and see what all that writing means.
