In this mode if a single Skull detonates then it's game over. While keeping the stack as low as possible, you need to keep your eyes out for any timers that appear on the cylinder. These represent explosive Skulls, so you must prioritize clearing a path to them as quickly as possible, then make a match-up to remove them from the screen.
