If you’re a World of Warcraft fan, then you’ve likely been keeping up with Warcraft 3: Reforged, as this real-time strategy spin off is set to come to PC later this year. The multiplayer beta has just been announced, offering limited spots to those who are able to sign up in time. Here is how to sign up for the Warcraft 3: Reforged beta.
How to sign up for the Warcraft 3: Reforged Beta
To sign up for the Warcraft 3: Reforged beta, you need to have pre-ordered the Spoils of War edition of the game, which will cost $40 compared to the Standard editions $30. Invitations to the beta will be sent out in waves over the coming weeks to those who have pre-purchased the Spoils of War edition. Any leftover invitations will be sent randomly to those who have pre-ordered the Standard edition. However, it is important to note that pre-purchasing the Standard edition does not guarantee a spot in the beta at a later date.

In addition to Warcraft 3: Reforged beta access, those who pre-order the Spoils of War edition will get access to a handful of perks. For starters, players will get some in-game perks for other Blizzard games like World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Hearthstone, and more. However, as far as Warcraft 3: Reforged is concerned, players will be given four new skins that they can use in the game.
If you’re unfamiliar with the upcoming game, it is considered by Blizzard to be a “reimagining of the revolutionary real-time strategy game that laid the foundation for Azeroth’s most epic stories.” While it doesn’t have a set release date yet, the official Blizzard website states that it will be released on or before December 31, 2019. If you’d like to try out the game before hand, then you’re going to need to sign up for the Warcraft 3: Reforged beta.
