Try to get silver and gold player cards on your team. Load up on coins to buy massive amounts of silver packs, and eventually silver players will start popping up in the card packs. Add them to your team to increase your team rating rapidly.
To get your energy back immediately, set the time on your phone or tablet ahead by about an hour or so, and then go back to the game and your energy will be fully restored. Repeat this action as many times as you want to for an endless flow of free energy.
Try to fill the lines with players who play on the same team in real life. The more players who you have that play on the same team, the higher your team chemistry will be.
