It looks as though another Heirloom is on its way to Apex Legends, this time, it’s for Mirage. If you’re a keen Mirage player, the Apex Legends Mirage heirloom is surely a must-have item. The Mirage Statue melee weapon looks to be what you can unlock for the tricky Legend. Read on to discover how to unlock the Mirage heirloom in Apex Legends, as well as everything we know about the latest heirloom addition thus far.
How to unlock Mirage’s heirloom in Apex Legends
As of writing, the Apex Legends Mirage heirloom has been leaked by reliable data-miner @shrugtal. The leak shows only a line of code which informs us that the heirloom is being added into the game at some point. We know, too, however, from the leak, that Mirage’s heirloom is a statue. It seems to be a statue of himself that he clubs people with. Sadly, we have yet to see an image of the statue, but it’s likely to be similar to the one in the image at the top of this guide. To unlock Mirage’s heirloom in Apex Legends, you’ll likely have to purchase it during a limited-time event.

Based on previous heirlooms, you will be able to buy the Mirage statue heirloom during an event. Previously, you had to purchase/collect the complete set of event-exclusive items to unlock the Mirage heirloom. Unfortunately, it’s more than likely that you’ll need to pay for the Mirage heirloom, inasmuch as you will need to buy the rest of the event items.
As with Bloodhound’s Axe, though, you might find that a Mirage Heirloom Set might get released sometime after the initial event. It could end up as an (extremely rare) unlockable via Apex Packs. The chances of unlocking Heirloom Sets through Apex Packs is one in 500. As of writing, though, the Mirage heirloom will likely be a limited-time event item. This means you’ll have to act with some haste if you wish to own the Mirage melee statue.
