The I’m dead… again? trophy is in E1M5, which is the fifth mission in the first world. You can pause the game to what world and level you are on.

This is one of the easiest ones since the reference is literally right in front of your spawn in this level. Once you load into the level, walk forward. There will be a slightly off-color wall right in front of you. Just interact with it and it will open and you see what you see in the above image. And that’s all you have to do. If you have gotten turned around, you can check the very faint map in the top left of the picture.

Blood was a first-person shooter that came out in 1997 from Monolith Software. It stars an undead hero named Caleb, which fits the description of the trophy. It was a little more horror and occult themed when compared to its contemporaries. A sequel came out the following year and a remaster of the first game also came out in May 2019.
