In order to unlock Edge as a playable character in WWE 2K Battlegrounds, you’ll need to pre-order either the Standard Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition. Both are available for digital purchase, while only the Standard Edition is available physically. If you’re buying a physical copy of the game, it must be from a (currently unspecified) participating retailer. Amazon is advertising the Edge Totally Awesome Pre-Order Pack, so we’d recommend pre-ordering WWE 2K Battlegrounds there.
If you opt for the Digital Deluxe Edition you’ll also get the Digital Deluxe Bonus Pack. This DLC add-on includes three versions of “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and “Rowdy” Ronda Rowsey. Not only that, but you’ll also get 1100 Golden Bucks in the Currency Pack, enabling you to purchase additional Superstars and cosmetics in-game.
