Super Mario 3D All-Stars day-one update highlights
This is a small update, without much to tell you about aside from some texture tweaks in Super Mario Galaxy. As of writing, there are no official patch notes to tell you about, we only know one fix that the day-one patch is bringing in to Super Mario 3D All-Stars. It’s always recommended that you download and install game updates, no matter what they bring to the table.
Super Mario Galaxy texture fix
Thanks to GoNintendo, we know that a slight tweak to textures in Mario Galaxy is, at least, a part of the incoming day-one update for Super Mario 3D All-Stars. After you’ve downloaded and installed the 1.0.1 update, there should be more button prompt texture overrides in Super Mario Galaxy. Newly updated fonts should be present in the game, too.
Currently, that’s all we know about the day-one update for Super Mario 3D All-Stars. It could be that there is nothing else fixed. This is a collection of three old Super Mario games, after all, hopefully, there isn’t too much to fix beyond the game’s initial release. For now, though, we’ll have to wait and see if anything else is changed, fixed, or added.
