If you allied with the Templars than Calpernia will be your nemesis and once you reach Skyhold the Under Her Skin quest line will become available with Leliana.
GAMER TIP: When you reach Skyhold complete the "Rune Crafting" side quest at the war table as soon as possible as you will need an arcanist to assist you in finishing this quest line.
