Tier 1
  • Dodge: Dodge incoming attacks by jumping sideways or backwards. Move in the desired direction and press R1 to execute. (Lvl 2)
  • Grapple: Use the movement of attacking enemies to throw them around. When an enemy charges, press X and point in a direction to execute. (Lvl 3)
  • Slide: Slide while running. This allows you to maneuver through holes in walls and other low passages. Press circle while running to execute. (Lvl 3)
  • Leg Breaker: Kicking during a slide breaks enemies' legs. Press L1 while sliding to execute. (Lvl 6)
  • Brutal Grapple: Enemies thrown with Grapple are knocked down, making them vulnerable to finishing moves. (Lvl 9)


Tier 2
  • Dropkick: Knock down enemies with a running dropkick. Press R1 while running to jump, press L1 in mid-air to execute. (Lvl 4)
  • Vault: Jump over enemies. Press R1 while running at an enemy to execute. (Lvl 4)
  • Health Regen: As your body gets more athletic, you are able to regenerate health to a higher level. (Lvl 5)
  • Dropkick Bomb: Dropkick does more damage. (Lvl 7)
  • Vault Stun: Stuns enemies you've vaulted over. Stun lasts 5 seconds. (Lvl 8)


Tier 3
  • Freerunning Adept: Get better at freerunning. Run longer, climb more quickly, gain agility faster, and get access to a new set of running abilities. (Lvl 5)
  • Light Drop: Reduces fall damage by half. Falling from great heights is still fatal. (Lvl 6)
  • Escape: When grabbed, you can shake off Biters more quickly. (Lvl 6)
  • Forward Roll: Increases the height from which you can fall and survive. Press circle just before hitting the ground to reduce fall damage. (Lvl 9)
  • Instant Escape: Allows you to instantly break free from a Biter's grab. (Lvl 9)
  • Reversal: Using Reversal stuns the Biter for 5 seconds. (Lvl 14)


Tier 4
  • Backlash: Use Throwing Weapons or a UV Flashlight while looking behind in sprint. (Lvl 7)
  • Tackle: Elbow-strike enemies while freerunning. Hold L1 in sprint to do it. (Lvl 10)
  • Ram: Timing the tackle just right will deal damage on the first strike. Additionally the length of Tackle is increased. (Lvl 11)


Tier 5
  • Freerunning Expert: Become an expert freerunner. Run longer, climb more quickly, gain agility faster, and get access to a set of ultimate running abilities. (Lvl 12)
  • Tic Tac: Allows you to run up a wall or other flat surfaces, even after a jump. Press R1 and left analog when close to a wall to execute. (Lvl 13)
  • Health Regen II: As your body gets more athletic, you are able to regenerate health to a higher level. (Lvl 13)


Tier 6
  • Ultimate Runner: You become the best freerunner in the Quarantine. You can run, jump, and climb without getting tired. (Lvl 24)
