Cyberpunk 2077 is a game tailored around a futuristic world. It’s set in a time when robotic enhancements and body modifications are the norm, which is why the game contains plenty of character customization options. So does that mean you can create a fat or skinny character in Cyberpunk 2077? Does the game offer the ability to customize body type or size?
Can you set a fat or skinny body type in Cyberpunk 2077?
There is no way to create a skinny or fat character in Cyberpunk 2077. Only two body types are given in character customization: male and female. There are no settings or sliders for body weight or frame size. Players are essentially stuck with the default body size.
Still, that’s not to say that customization options are lacking. There’s a boatload of choices over more than 25 different categories. They don’t pertain to body size per se, but options include adjustments for skin tone, chest size, even genitals. There are ten different options for the face alone, including eyes, nose, ears, jaw, teeth, scars, tattoos, and piercings.
Even better, all of the character customization options are available for any body type. This means it’s possible to mix and match a female frame with a male voice, or a male frame with female genitalia. Otherwise, any hair style or piercings or tattoos will apply to either body.
Finally, for players who are simply confounded by all the customization options, there are several pre-set character types. If you don’t really care what protagonist V looks like, it’s possible to choose the best-looking (or, if you like, the worst-looking) pre-set configuration.
Sorry, folks: You can’t create a fat or skinny character in Cyberpunk 2077. Only the two default body types are offered. Thankfully, you will be able to change loads of other options such as skin tone, voice, hair, and more.
