The Hitman 3 secret ending is bizarre. It wraps up the game in an unexpected way and is something most players won’t naturally figure out. How to get the Hitman 3 secret ending
To get the Hitman 3 secret ending you must beat the game or at least finish the Romania mission in the Carpathian Mountains. This is the game’s final mission and is the one aboard the train (with the one mandatory keypad door).
You will then need to get to the very end of the train until Agent 47 comes across Arthur Edwards, the game’s main antagonist. A short cutscene plays once players get to him. After his spiel, grab the syringe he lays out in front of 47. Grab it from the case on the table but do not stab him with it.
Instead, just wait around with it. After about 50 or so seconds, he will start talking to 47 and infer that 47 is having seconds thoughts about killing him. A prompt will then show up on the screen, telling players that they can also inject themselves with the serum.
47 will then inject himself with the serum, pass out, and then wake up in a padded room with Edwards talking to him. He speaks of a “new day” and how there is work to do. This ending implies that Agent 47 will be an assassin again as he has forgotten his past and will likely make the same career choice. This challenge probably is not canon and IO will probably make that clear in the next iteration of Hitman, whatever that will be.
This secret ending is needed to complete the “A New Father” challenge and therefore all of the challenges, which is also a trophy or achievement in and of itself.
