Can you appear offline on Roblox?
Roblox players on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One can appear offline via the console system settings. PC, Android, and iOS users are not able to appear offline and hide their Roblox activity while connected to the internet.
Roblox requires an online connection across all platforms. Since Xbox has a built-in appear offline feature, users can hide their activity from other online players. Unfortunately, PC and mobile devices don’t have this setting as standard. This means that Roblox fans playing on those platforms can’t choose to hide their online status.
How to appear offline in Roblox on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One
- Turn on the Xbox console
- Press the Xbox button, then press right five times
- Press the A button, then scroll down to the bottom and press A again
- Go down once, then press A to select the “Appear offline” option
After following all of the steps outlined above, players will appear offline when playing Roblox on Xbox. Note that this only applies to Xbox consoles — users that start playing Robox on PC or mobile will still appear online.
