Multiplayer horror game Devour came out at the start of the year, though, thanks to a new update and the approach of Halloween, it’s now becoming more popular than ever. Following the launch of its brand-new The Inn update, Devour has been getting attention from big streamers like Shroud, xQc, and moistcr1tikal (penguinz0). As a result, tons of viewers are looking to play the game for themselves. But, do console ports of the title exist? Get the latest on Devour PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, and OLED model versions.
Are Devour PS5 and PS4 versions coming out?
Devour is available on PC as of its January 28, 2021 launch date. There is no Devour PlayStation release date for PS5 and PS4 console versions.
Unfortunately, Straight Back Games hasn’t made any announcements regarding a Devour PlayStation port. The game is arguably popular enough to justify launching console versions, but that doesn’t guarantee anything. For example, Phasmophobia is a similar game with a large following that hasn’t yet made its way to platforms other than PC.
Are Devour Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One versions coming out?
Devour is a PC game that came out on January 28, 2021. Straight Back Games’ multiplayer horror title seemingly isn’t coming to consoles, so there is no Devour Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One release date.
There are no known plans regarding a Devour Xbox port. Although that isn’t the news many will want to hear, it doesn’t rule out the possibility in the future; stay tuned to GameRevolution to be the first to know about any official updates from the developer.
Is a Devour Nintendo Switch version coming out?
Horror game Devour is a PC exclusive from January 28, 2021. There isn’t a Devour Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch OLED release date for handheld fans to mark on their calendars.
Thanks to its basic visuals, a native Devour Switch port doesn’t seem outside the realms of possibility. That said, even if it was, streaming could allow for a Devour: Cloud Version on Nintendo Switch consoles. Still, there’s nothing to indicate that either of these projects is currently in the works.
