Will there be an Elden Ring PC Network Test? The first Elden Ring Network Test has just been revealed and will offer fans their first chance to play the eagerly awaited next RPG from the creators of the Dark Souls and Bloodborne titles. That’s due in November, but is there an Elden Ring PC beta release date? Will there be an Elden Ring PC demo, beta, or Network Test at all, or will console players have all the fun?
What is the Elden Ring PC Network Test beta release date?
The first Elden Ring closed Network Test will run during November 12-15 but sadly will not be on PC.
Despite the above, there may be an Elden Ring PC beta or demo closer to the game’s new release date of February 25, 2022.
Bandai Namco and From Software have today announced a delay to Elden Ring out of the originally announced release date of January 2022 towards a month later on February 25. At the same time, perhaps to soften the blow, publisher Bandai Namco has revealed the first closed Network Test beta and when it will be held. It will run for four days starting on November 12 at specific times, but it will only be for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The publisher has not revealed why PC fans will not get a chance to participate in the beta, but it is at least possible that there may be a more specific PC beta or test revealed in the near future.
For anyone who wants to get involved in the console beta, make sure to sign up before November 1. Head here to find out if there will be any crossplay with the Network Test, and here to find out whether Elden Ring will get invasions and co-op multiplayer like in previous Soulsborne games.
