Elden Ring Ds Brother Armor

Elden Ring: Will Giving D’s Brother the Armor Lock Me Out of Fia’s Questline?

Players can meet D’s Brother in Elden Ring and have the choice of giving him the Twinned Armor. He’ll obviously be seeking vengeance, but players wonder if giving him the armor will lock them out of Fia’s questline. Fortunately, we’ve found a way to complete both questlines.

Does giving D’s Brother the armor end Fia’s questline in Elden Ring?

Elden Ring Ds Brother Location Map

Giving D’s Brother the armor in Elden Ring doesn’t lock players out of Fia’s questline. Fortunately, players can wait until Fia gives birth to the Mending Rune of the Death-Prince at the end of her questline before speaking to D’s Brother.

D, Beholder of Death can be found in Nokron, Eternal City slumped agains a balcony. If players interact with him, they’ll get the option to give him the Twinned Armor that dropped from D, Hunter of the Dead. There are two different branches the quest could take from here. If Fia killed D in the Roundtable Hold, D’s Brother will take revenge on her. However, the player has one opportunity to kill him when they first meet him near Summonwater Village. If this happens, players can meet and fight him if they reload the area.

While D’s Brother feels he gets his revenge when he stabs Fia, it appears that she dies giving birth to the Mending Rune of the Death-Prince. So, we’re not sure what the point was for him. He does seem a bit unhinged, so who knows what’s going on in his head. That’s the last we see of him too. It’s heavily implied that he intends to die after the deed and join his brother. Fortunately, if players reload the Throne of the Death-Prince, they’ll find the Twinned Armor and the Inseparable Sword.

It’s implied that there’s something out of the ordinary about the two brothers, but we’re not sure what it is. The description for the sword says:

“Sword forged by compounding silver and gold.

A sacred weapon to hunt Those Who Live in Death.

Deals holy damage.

The inseparable twins found solace in the Golden Order,

the only institution not to revile them as accursed beings.”

They don’t seem accursed, but maybe there’s something we’re missing.
