Rockstar Games recently announced GTA Plus for GTA Online, which promises exclusive player benefits for a monthly fee. It’s likely to be of interest to the more dedicated players, who invest tens of hours into the game each month. However, are those on PS4 and Xbox One able to get the GTA+ subscription? At the time of writing, Rockstar Games has confirmed that GTA+ is a “new membership program exclusively for GTA Online on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.” This means that GTA Plus is not coming to GTA Online on PS4.
Those with a PS4 GTA Online account will need to upgrade to a PS5 GTA Online account before the GTA+ program becomes available to purchase.
Is GTA Plus coming to Xbox One?

As mentioned above, publisher Rockstar Games has announced that GTA+ is exclusive to the next-gen systems. While GTA Plus will be available on Xbox Series X|S, it won’t be supported on Xbox One.
If you’re playing GTA Online on Xbox One, you will have to make the upgrade to the next-gen “Definitive Edition” of GTA Online in order to subscribe to GTA Plus.
Of course, it’s possible that PS Plus will become available for PS4 and Xbox One systems at a later date. Though it doesn’t mention this in the blog post, the “exclusivity” could be a timed deal. However, for now, GTA+ is only available on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
