Due to the double “K” consonant and “A” vowel, “KAYAK” is the most challenging word to solve. After using the regular Quordle strategy of clearing the most frequent letters near the beginning of the puzzle, you’ll likely be left with only the “A” and the “Y” as clues. We typically use “LUCKY” as one of the three words at the start, so we had the “K” highlighted in yellow early. Otherwise, it may take you a while to guess the “K” at the both the front and the back.
“REFIT” and “FAINT” have their own obstacles as well. Both share the “F” consonant, so getting it in the middle of “REFIT” will help greatly in figuring out the partial “?AINT” solution. That said, it may take a bit since the “R,” “E,” “I,” and “T” in “REFIT” are common enough that many words can be formed with those letters. The same can be said for “OVERT” as all of the letters except for the rare “V” consonant can also be unscrambled in multiple ways. So just be aware that you’ll likely spend at least one guess trying to figure out how these common letters are arranged.
