The Confidential Records Safe, found in a room right after exiting the Command Center of Deep Storage, has a randomly generated code, meaning it's different for everyone in every Prey playthrough. However, where to find the code is the same every time.
The code for this safe is the same as the Deep Storage Safe Code, which is found on the back of Danielle's workstation in the Command Center.
