You’ll have to solve the stained glass puzzle when you finally enter the church in Resident Evil 4 remake. It works much the same as it did in the original, so anyone familiar with that game should immediately know the red, green, and blue colored light solution. However, the church stained glass puzzle might present some difficulty for others.
How to solve the church stained glass puzzle in Resident Evil 4 remake.
You must correctly line the three colors up to solve the church stained glass puzzle in Resident Evil 4 remake. However, before you can figure out the solution, you need to do two things:
- Find the Blue Dial on the right side of the church/
- Pull the lever to the left of the pulpit to open the controls to the puzzle.
Once you pull the lever, a box on the pulpit will open up, and you’ll see that one of the knobs is broken. Luckily, the Blue Dial is in a cabinet on the right side of the church. So once you grab it, you can install it on the pulpit controls and solve the puzzle.
As you can see in the image above, in Resident Evil 4 remake, you must align the stained glass to the shape of the Los Iluminados symbol in the middle (just like you did in the original). There’s no trick to this; you just look for the spots that look like the line up right. The colors themselves aren’t important other than to differentiate the three layers of the puzzle. So, even those affected by color blindness should be able to solve this one. However, if you’re having issues seeing the colors correctly, make sure to check the accessibility options.
Once you solve the puzzle, the door on the left will unlock, and you can pass through to reach the second floor and finally rescue Ashley.
