A handful of Diablo 4 super rare Uniques have been identified by Blizzard as the rarest Unique weapons and equipment in the game. Adam Jackson, the Lead Class Designer for the game, has shared a list of unique items that are incredibly difficult to find. Case in point, players are required to kill enemies that are at least Level 85, which is well beyond the second capstone dungeon at Level 70 that needs to be completed to reach World Tier 4. It likely won’t surprise Diablo fans that the fabled Shako, or Harlequin Crest, is one of these extremely rare drops. Here’s a quick breakdown of the super rare Uniques in Diablo 4 so far.
Diablo 4 super rare Uniques list
There are currently six Diablo 4 super rare Uniques, which have the following special abilities:
- Doombringer – Unique Sword (Slashing)
- Lucky Hit: Up to a [15 – 25]% chance to deal 5,822 Shadow damage to surrounding enemies and reduce their damage done by 20% for 5 seconds.
- The Grandfather – Unique Two-Handed Sword (Slashing)
- Increases your Critical Strike Damage by [60 – 100]%.
- Ring of Starless Skies – Unique Ring
- Each consecutive Core skill cast reduces the Resource cost of your next Core skill by [8 – 12]%, up to a maximum of 40%.
- Andariel’s Visage – Unique Helm
- Lucky Hit: Up to a [15 – 20]% chance to trigger a poison nova that applies 10,077 Poisoning damage per second to enemies in the area.
- Harlequin Crest – Unique Helm
- Gain [10-20%] Damage Reduction. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all Skills.
- Melted Heart of Selig – Unique Amulet
- Gain +30% Maximum Resource. In addition, when you take damage, drain [8 – 3] Resource for every 1% of Life you would have lost instead.
Each of the Unique items above will also drop with 820 item power, which is why we can specific with the ability damage numbers for Andariel’s Visage and Doombringer. It’s unclear what the drop rate is for these items.
There are only six of these super rare Uniques in the game so far, but this small list could grow with future Diablo 4 DLC and expansions.
