This mission first starts after you find the merchant in Facility 1 in Chapter 6. It’s when you are tasked with going to the freezer.

The first Ornate Beetle is cleverly hidden in plain sight. After dropping down in the Incubation Room with four tanks in it, check the one to the left facing away from you. There’s a Regenerador inside. Use the Biosensor Scope from the Gregorio’s Waterway area to look in, and you’ll be able to see that it has a beetle inside of its gut.
Since it is still, line up a shot that will get at least two parasites in one shot and then blast away the other parasites to kill it. Go grab the beetle from its corpse after.

The second and final Ornate Beetle in Separate Ways is, as the paper describes, in Dissection. Slowly walk to Dissection, but be extra careful when you get close, as there is a Regenerador in the room. Kill it and then go to the cabinet-like object it was by. The Ornate Beetle is in a metal structure.
Once you’ve gotten both, go back to the merchant to sell them to complete the mission.
