How to solve the AC Mirage A Challenge enigma
To solve the AC Mirage A Challenge enigma, you will first have to find the scroll with the puzzle on it. This scroll is located in the western part of Abbasiyah southwest of the Scriptorium and southeast of the House of Wisdom. It is just lying outside on a balcony one floor up just underneath some branches on a tree. You should be able to see it one your map once you get close. This enigma has a poem on it:
“Think yourself an intellect? Then try to find my hoard. Turn east from where the learned observe The Ram, the Scales, the Gourd. Seek out the isle where waters split and once you’ve dared to ford its banks, you’ll find that at my flanks wheels turn, there is stored. What once stood proud now felled and cowed that scriveners might record. Look within my walls and win an intellect’s reward.”
It’s written very obtusely and takes a little puzzling solving to find and actually retrieve. Go to the spot just east of the Observatory in Abbasiyah that is just southeast of Gate of Tahir. You will see a few water mills, which is likely a reference to the water and wheels from the poem.
From there, you will find a few barred doors. Go to the southwestern side of the building and you will see a window you can throw knives through. Toss a knife through the window at the barred window. Use an Eagle Vision pulse (left on the D-pad) if you have trouble seeing the lock.
Then go walk in the window you just opened and you will see the treasure on the ground. It is a black color dye for your Rostam outfit.
