In Lego Fortnite, crafting flour involves a multi-step process that includes obtaining Wheat, crafting a Stone Breaker, crafting a Grain Mill, and then processing the Wheat into Flour.
How to craft flour in Lego Fortnite
Flour is a key ingredient for many delicious recipes in Lego Fortnite, like bread, pies, and even pizza. But unlike berries and pumpkins, you can’t just find it lying around. Here’s how to craft flour in Lego Fortnite:
Step 1: Gather Wheat Grain
Wheat Grain is the first step to flour, and you can find it in two ways:
- Looting chests: Abandoned buildings and camps scattered across the map often have chests containing Wheat Grain. This is a good way to get started, but it’s not a reliable long-term source.
- Farming: Once you have at least one Wheat Grain, you can plant it in your Village to grow more. This is the most sustainable way to get Wheat Grain, but it takes time.
Step 2: Build a Grain Mill
To turn Wheat Grain into flour, you’ll need a Grain Mill. It’s a Utility Station you can build in your Village, and you’ll need the following materials:
- 20 Knotroot Rods: You can find Knotroot hanging from the ceilings in caves. Use an Uncommon Forest Axe to harvest it.
- 20 Granite Slabs: Get Granite from ore deposits around the map with any Pickaxe. Then, use the Stone Breaker station (which requires 20 Knotroot and 35 Marble) to turn the Granite into Granite Slabs.
- 3 Shells: Defeat Rollers, the spiky creatures that roll around the map, to get Shells.
Once you have all the materials, head to the Utilities tab in your build menu and place the Grain Mill.
Step 3: Make Flour
Interact with the Grain Mill and select the Flour recipe. You can put either Wheat or Wheat Grain in the top slot, and it will produce Flour.
