Lego Fortnite: How to Get Granite Slabs

Granite Slabs in Lego Fortnite, are used for constructing various buildings and upgrading your Village Square. Granite Slabs are not naturally occurring items you’ll find lying around the world. They’re actually a crafted resource used for various building projects and upgrades. Here’s how to craft Granite Slabs in Lego Fortnite.

Where do you find Granite Slabs in Lego Fortnite?

You won’t find Granite Slabs directly anywhere in Lego Fortnite. They are a crafted item, not directly found in the environment. To craft them you need to:

  • Gather resources
  • Build a Stone Breaker
  • Use the Stone Breaker to craft Granite Slabs

Here’s a breakdown of each step:

Gather Resources

  • Knotroot (20x): Found in caves or scattered treasure chests. You can chop it down with an Uncommon Forest Axe.
  • Marble (35x): Found in caves and mined with an Uncommon Pickaxe.
  • Granite: Found abundantly throughout the world in Lego Fortnite. Look for rocks of various sizes and break them down with your pickaxe.

Craft a Stone Breaker

  • This station requires a high enough village level and the following materials:
    • 20x Knotroot
    • 35x Marble
  • Access the Crafting menu and navigate to the Utility tab to find the Stone Breaker recipe.

Use the Stone Breaker

  • Once built, place the Stone Breaker wherever you want.
  • Interact with it and select the Granite Slab recipe.
  • Deposit the required amount of Granite (1:1 ratio for crafting slabs).
  • The Stone Breaker will churn out your Granite Slabs, ready to be used for construction projects.

For ease in mining assign an NPC with a pickaxe to follow you and automatically gather Granite while you explore. Do remember to stockpile Granite Slabs for future use as they’re needed for various building projects and village upgrades. Upgrading your Village Square with Granite Slabs allows you to invite more NPCs to join your Lego Fortnite adventure.
