The Monopoly Go Aqua Partners event arrives on June 22, 2024, and it will likely start at around 5:00 AM PT. That said, if it is like other co-op partner events, you will want to wait until the tournament and banner is live on that day, which is typically active at 8:00 AM PT and 11:00 AM PT. This is because these events will have a list of rewards and milestones that will have Aqua Partners tokens. Either way, this is the first major event during the Monopoly Games sticker album, so this is your best shot of starting off the collection well. That said, we still don’t know how long this event will be, though it will be around four days if past partner events are any indication.
As usual, you will need to have reached the fifth board of the game before you have access to partner events, but that shouldn’t be a problem for most players at this point. You will need to make sure that you partner up with four other players that are hopefully active enough to get you at least half of the way in terms of event points. You will need to earn enough points in each partnership before you can obtain the Grand Prize. However, the only thing you’ll get from it is a 5-star purple sticker pack, which is fairly common reward from regular banners, so it’s up to you if it’s really worth getting through all of milestones. What are the Monopoly Go Aqua Partners rewards?
The following are rewards for each partnership in the Monopoly Go Aqua Partners co-op event. You and your partner can earn event points by spinning a wheel using tokens. Reaching various point thresholds will net you the prizes below.
- 2500 Event Points – 200 Free Dice Rolls
- 8500 Event Points – Cash
- 21500 Event Points – Pink Vault: Cash + 200-300 Free Dice Rolls
- 48000 Event Points – Gold Vault: 300-500 Free Dice Rolls + 3-Star Pink Sticker Pack + High Roller Boost
- 80000 Event Points – Aqua Vault: 400-600 Free Dice Rolls + 4-Star Blue Sticker Pack + Cash + Cash Boost
If you’re able to finish all four partnerships, you’ll earn the Grand Prize of 5000 free dice rolls, a Puffer Fish board token, and a 5-star purple sticker pack.
While the purple sticker pack isn’t particularly interesting this early in the Monopoly Games album, the High Roller boost certainly is. We’re not certain yet how many minutes of HR you’ll get from the fourth milestone here, but it should be somewhere 20 and 30 minutes. Whatever the case may be within that range, it’s rare to be able to activate High Roller boosts whenever you want, especially since it seems that this boost is less common. Remember that you can trigger the boost when you accept the reward, so you can wait as long as you want to.
There are multiple ways to earn partner tokens for Aqua Partners. While a solid amount of them are buried in milestones throughout banners and tournaments that take place during the event, you can also land on spaces that have tokens on them. The dice multiplier you select will impact how many tokens you receive, so if you happen to grab one when you have x1000 High Roller boost, you’ll receive exactly a 1000 tokens. That’s a lot of dice to spend, so it’s up to you if that’s really worth the risk.
You can also earn more tokens by completing the three daily Quick Wins, accepting the gifts in the in-game store, and receiving tokens from partners who are lucky enough to land on the Partner space on the wheel. And Scopely may be generous enough to hand out a few extra partner tokens along with the free dice links.
