Destiny has been the victim of plenty of criticism ever since it launched last year, and its downloadable content that followed hasn't really helped matters all that much.
Fortunately, it looks like the folks at Bungie have learned some valuable lessons and promise to not make the same mistakes they made with the first DLC pack.
In a post on NeoGAF, game designer Luke Smith explained that while they have "nothing specific to announce at this time… the mistakes [they] made with the DLC1 reward economy will not be repeated." Smith goes on to cite "Vendor gear invalidating the effort of VOG Raiders" and "Upgrading an Exotic resetting its talents" as two specific examples.
"We will continue to improve acquisition stories and frequency… lessen the grind and get players to the fun parts of their arsenal faster," he added.
How has your experience been with Destiny thus far? What sort of improvements would you like to see Bungie bring to the game in future DLC?
