In what is the one of the only video game franchises that I'll let Michael Bay touch, Just Cause 3 already looks amazing with this new batch of screenshots. Rico Rodriguez has plenty of buildings to explode into smithereens as he walks away casually (because he's that badass).
When he's not busy lighting everything on fire, he'll be soaring through the air with his new wingsuit, a la Far Cry 4, which will pair well with his signature grappling hook and parachute. If the screenshots are any indication, he might even be able to wingsuit his way onto a falling car. The sheer verticality of the game, which takes places on the fictional Mediterranean island Melici, will make for extreme drops that will would make the Saints Row crew jealous.
Published by Square Enix, Just Cause 3 is slated for June 2015 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and the developers promise that it will a full-priced game without any microtransactions.
