[Update] Correction: Tamriel Unlimited won't be free-to-play but subscription-less. The initial cost for The Elder Scrolls Online will still be $59.99.
[Original] Today, The Elder Scrolls Online will go free-to-play subscription-less on PC and Mac through Tamriel Unlimited, and Bethesda is honoring the switch from the game's initial subscription-based model with the newly minted trailer above.
All current ESO accounts have been automatically updated to the Tamriel Unlimited edition, which includes the full original game along with all six major content updates like the Justice and Champion systems.
If you have a premium account, you will rolled over to ESO Plus for the remainder of your game subscription period. You'll earn in-game crowns to purchase items in the Crown Store, access to all of ESO's downloadable content, and a 10% bonus to XP, gold, crafting research, and inspiration.
Tamriel Unlimited will arrive on Xbox One and PS4 on June 9, 2015.
