The release of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege is just a few months away, and Ubisoft has released a new trailer in anticipation of the upcoming release. This time, the GIGN gets its time in the spotlight.
The GIGN is the name of the French operatives in Rainbow Six Siege. The trailer details all of the individual squad members and their respective abilities. Twitch throws out shock drones, Montagne uses an expandable shield, Doc uses a stim pistol to heal teammates from a distance, and Rook provides additional armor packs to protect others from gunfire.
All of these abilities appear to compliment each other. It's clear that teams must work together in Rainbow Six Siege to succeed. If the player controlling Rook drags, then the entire team does as well. The same holds true for all the operatives.
Rainbow Six Siege comes out on October 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
