During Blizzard's World of Warcraft presentation at Gamescom it made clear that it is planning a "steady stream of content" during Legion. This has been the game's weakest point during the past few years, as long content droughts have pre-empted expansion launches.
In anticipation of Legion's debut in just two weeks, Blizzard has revealed the first major post-launch update for the expansion. It's being called Patch 7.1 Return to Karazhan, and it has some special content in-store for players.
Among the offerings will be a refreshed version of Karazhan, one of World of Warcraft's most well-regarded raids. It will contain nine of the 11 original bosses for players to conquer in a design that's similar to the Naxxramas raid in Wrath of the Lich King.
The patch will also contain some outdoor content. It's worth noting that old Karazhan will remain so you can visit both versions at any time.
