Where On Earth Can We Get This Rise of the Tomb Raider Throwback Edition?

Never has something so desirable been so unattainable, but that was the case with this little gem from PlayStation's UK Twitter account: Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration has a throwback case and booklet in the style of the original PlayStation. See for yourself:

We've seen some desperate calls for nostalgia in 2016, in pretty much every form of entertainment media, but this has to be the best attempt.

Of course, before you get too excited and start busting out your checkbook, we know very little about this edition – least of all if it's actually a retail item. While the Tweet does state it was designed by Square Enix Europe, there is no link to a store page or info about its release, and the the PlayStation store pages themselves come up empty when searching for anything like this.

And even beyond that, this same image wasn't Tweeted out by the US PlayStation account, so, even if this does exist for retail, all is quiet on the Western Front.

So, at very least, that one copy exists, and that's enough to thirst for it. If it is mass-produced, I'm sure it will be mass-purchased as well.
