Despite what many are categorizing as mixed reception for the Nintendo Switch event last night, which was designed to drum up hype for pre-ordering the console, that doesn't seem to have slowed down the rabid fans of the Zelda franchise.
Amazon.com and GameStop have both sold out of their pre-orders of the $130 Master Edition of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
The Master Edition includes a Nintendo Switch carrying case, a collectible coin, a Ganon Tapestry and Weaterh-Worn Map, a sound selection CD and a Master Sword of Resurrection statue, and, of course, the game itself.
Meanwhile, the special edition of the game (which doesn't include the statue) is also sold out on Amazon, but not at GameStop. However, Best Buy just opened up pre-orders for both editions and still, as of writing this, have them in stock.
But, I'd act very quickly if you want to get in on this deal, as these are selling like hot-cakes stuffed with diamonds.
