Assassin’s Creed Franchise Loses Another Creative Director

Despite shipping another highly successful entry in the Assassin's Creed franchise, Ubisoft can't seem to hold on to the men they've put in place at the helm of each project. Last year, the man behind the inception of the Assassin's Creed series was lost to THQ. This time, the latest creative director, Alexandre Amancio is heading outside of the gaming industry.

In a release by his new employer, Cossette, Amancio stated that video games and advertising aren't all that different:

Video games and advertising have many common elements. In both industries, we are always looking for new ways to engage the consumer to the brand.

So what kind of secrets are the Templars at Ubisoft hiding that they keep losing the guys in charge of Assassin's Creed?
