To set Sony's newly announced Day 1 Digital program on the right foot, the company is offering an awesome deal: Spend $100 on PSN in October and receive $20 back.
Now, that might sound like you'll have to scour through the PSN downloads just to take advantage of the offer, but with the Day 1 Digital program, it's now easier than ever to spend $100. This could be done by simply getting a year of PlayStation Plus and pre-ordering one of the Day 1 Digital titles at 10% off, like Resident Evil 6, Dishonored, 007: Legends, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, and Assassin's Creed III.
You can of course also mix and match with other PSN downloadable titles, a la carte style. If you've been waiting to download several titles on PSN, it may be in your best interest to hold off until October.
So far, this deal has only been confirmed for the US PSN region.
