Rocket League is Coming to Xbox Game Pass

Rocket League, the incredibly popular car soccer game, is making its way to Xbox Game Pass. The car sports game is already available on Xbox One but thanks to a leak, we now know that it will now be a part of Xbox Game Pass.

Thanks to a post on ResetEra by user Railgun, we know that Rocket League will be making its way to Xbox Game Pass. Later today Microsoft will be live streaming its Inside Xbox show, which will provide updates on all things Xbox. Given that there has been no official word as of yet about Rocket League coming to Xbox Game Pass, we could expect an announcement during the show. The next Inside Xbox will be live streamed on July 3 pm ET, 2 pm PT and 8 pm BST. The show will be live streamed on Mixer, Twitch, Facebook, and YouTube.

Rocket League coming to Xbox Game Pass

Xbox Game Pass is a subscription service that launched last year. The games service is often described as the “Netflix for Games.” Xbox Game Pass has been getting more attention in recent months as more people are starting to use it. At E3 2018, Microsoft announced several games will be making their way to the service. Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls Online were just a few of the titles announced for Microsoft’s popular games service.

Rocket League is a car soccer game that released in 2015 and immediately got a huge and dedicated following. The vehicular sports title originally released on PS4 and PC with Xbox One and Nintendo Switch versions being released later on. The game is still very popular today and has a continuously growing player base. The game is also big in the esports scene. Developer Psyonix has been hosting their own competitions called the Rocket League Championship Series.

Rocket League is available now on PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC.
