The month of November is consistently the biggest time of the year for video game sales, and 2013 has proven to be no different. According to a report from NPD (via GameSpot) Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Halo 4, and Assassin's Creed III were the heavy-hitters. Shocker, I know.
Activision's shooter moved a staggering 7.5 million copies in the U.S., making it the leading piece of gaming software for the month. Trailing behind is Halo 4 with 3.2 million in sales, and nipping at its heels is Assassin's Creed III with 2.9 million units.
It's worth noting that PC and digital sales numbers are not included in these results, so make of that what you will.
