Call of Duty Black Ops 4 PS4 freebies are available to download ahead of launch day. The title is due to drop on October 12, and fans of Sony’s home console can begin the celebrations early with some Black Ops 4-themed content for their own system.
Posted on the official PlayStation website, Black Ops 4 fans can download a wealth of wallpapers, avatars, and a Black Ops 4 PS4 theme. The wallpapers can be downloaded for your computer’s desktop or smartphone, if you want to kit both machines in Black Ops 4 apparel. The first wallpaper available is the Black Ops 4 Zombies wallpaper, which depicts the mode’s four heroes amid a zombie outbreak. The other wallpaper shows a firefight between three players on quad bikes on a dirt track, with a helicopter flying overhead in the distance.
CoD fans can also pick up five avatars to make as their PSN picture. So far, only the Ruin and Battery avatars are available to claim, but the other three should be released daily in the run up to launch day. That trio should become available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for those keeping track. Finally, a PS4 theme is able to be claimed. To acquire any of the above, simply click ‘claim reward’ under each image and follow the on-screen instructions.
Players have also been given the chance to win a PS4 Pro console. Three lucky winners will be able to take home a PS4 Pro system and a physical copy of the game – packaged together in a cool looking Blacks Ops 4 Shield Tin box – by entering the competition on the page. Simply click on the ‘enter now’ button to submit your entry. Call of Duty Black Ops 4 will be available on PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
